Living progress, not a highlight reel

Updated

What I'm building right now.

A plain-English view of what is on the desk, what just shipped, and what I'm learning along the way.

Current focus

StartCue first-move flow

Capture a task, name one of six blockers, choose how many minutes you have, and get back a single first move. A new install now walks that whole path on first launch, and the Patterns screen has its first working slice.

Also on the desk

Recently shipped

Squatti 1.0

On the App Store since 12 September, free to download, with the listing and screenshots in all 18 store languages.

Glint 1.1.0

Live on the App Store and Google Play with a lighter website and regional pricing.

NaguBuilds site refresh

New app pages, real product screens, and complete privacy and terms pages for every app.

Experiments in progress

Nightly site keeper

An agent that watches the project folders, keeps this site current, and drafts build notes for review each morning.

App Store keyword research

A search word typed in one language can surface apps whose listing is written in another. Now that Squatti is out, watching how far that reaches.

Design boards instead of mockups

Reviewing screens as live HTML on a pan-and-zoom board at real phone size, so a layout can be judged in a browser before it gets built.

What i'm learning

Legal copy is product copy

Writing the privacy policy forced clearer decisions about what the app sends and what it never touches.

Saying no to features

Cutting scope is the hardest and most useful skill in solo building.

Upcoming launches

StartCue public beta

Targeting later this year. Waitlist invites go out first.
